1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Cleaner Artist Laundry. By using our services, website, or applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Definition

We provide the following laundry, cleaning, and ironing services:

• Regular and specialty clothing laundering
• Curtain, carpet, and upholstery cleaning
• Clothing and textile ironing
• Pickup and delivery services
• Monthly subscriptions and special plans
• Dry cleaning services

3. Registration and Account

When registering for our services:

• You must provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
• You can register via social platforms (such as Facebook), email, or phone number

4. Orders and Pricing

Orders:

• You can place service orders via app, phone, or WhatsApp
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order
• Type of service required must be clearly specified
• Delivery is available within designated areas

Pricing and Payment:

• Prices are advertised and subject to change without prior notice
• We accept cash and electronic payment (K-Net, Visa, MasterCard)
• Monthly subscriptions require advance payment
• Additional delivery fees may apply based on location
• Prices are inclusive of tax if applicable

5. Garment Processing and Liability

Your Obligations:

• Check pockets and remove contents before drop-off
• Report any pre-existing stains or damages
• Declare any valuable or delicate items
• Follow special care instructions for each item

Our Responsibility:

• We do our best to clean and iron your garments with the highest quality
• We follow care instructions on garment labels
• In case of damage, our liability is limited to 10 times the service fee
• We are not responsible for:
  • Weak, defective, or originally damaged buttons, decorations, or accessories
  • Stains that cannot be removed or delicate fabrics
  • Damage resulting from not following care instructions
  • Contents left in pockets
  • Fabrics unsuitable for cleaning

6. Pickup and Delivery

• We strive to deliver orders at the agreed time
• Delays beyond our control may occur
• An adult must be present to receive or deliver garments
• Uncollected garments after 30 days may be donated or disposed of
• We reserve the right to hold garments in case of non-payment

7. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel orders before processing begins without fees
• After processing begins, refunds are not available
• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the month begins
• If unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and app (texts, images, logos, designs) are the exclusive property of Cleaner Artist Laundry and protected by copyright laws. They may not be used without prior written permission.

9. App and Website Use

Using our services for the following is prohibited:

• Any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Sending harmful content or viruses
• Attempting unauthorized system access
• Interfering with service operations
• Impersonating any person or entity

10. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect and use your personal data.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance.

12. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and services at any time without prior notice in case of:

• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment
• Inappropriate behavior towards staff
• Fraudulent use of services

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts.

14. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that services will be available without interruption or error-free.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use our services.
